This class is designed for children aged 3 and 4 years old. The lesson runs for 45 minutes, with the children encouraged to come in independently, with their adults waiting and watching from outside the room. This class aims at building the foundation of their gymnastics skills. We aim to foster their confidence, increase coordination and build their strength, in an age appropriate way.
