Our Inclusive Gymnastics classes are specially designed for children with special educational needs (SEN), disabilities, or those who may benefit from extra support in a smaller, more nurturing environment.

We provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment for children of all abilities. Within a small group class, each gymnast receives plenty of individual attention, encouragement, and tailored guidance from our experienced coaches. Activities are carefully adapted to meet each child’s unique needs and abilities, helping to develop motor skills, coordination, social interaction, and self-confidence in a positive and pressure-free setting.

Our sessions focus on celebrating achievements big and small while ensuring every child feels included, valued, and successful. Classes are tailored to support a wide range of abilities, from children developing fundamental skills to gymnasts with strong experience and advanced capabilities. Whether a child is looking to build confidence, progress their gymnastics skills, or enjoy being active in a supportive environment, our inclusive approach allows every gymnast to thrive at their own level.

Saturday class, children will enter Gymnastics independently and parents can wait and watch from outside the hall.
